We want to extend our deepest apologies to everyone who preordered or anticipated the launch of our first BULL’ION hoodie and sweatpants set. This product was built with care, intended to represent the foundation of something bigger — and you trusted us with your time, money, and belief.
Unfortunately, due to severe production delays outside of our control, the inventory we planned to deliver in April has still not arrived. We relied on a third-party supplier who repeatedly failed to meet deadlines, misrepresented timelines, and ultimately caused us to miss our scheduled Spring release entirely.
We understand that this product was seasonal — and trying to sell a winter set during the summer isn’t just off-brand, it’s unfair to our customers. To everyone who preordered, we issued full refunds to the original payment method. If for any reason your refund has not appeared, please leave your contact information below so we can resolve it immediately.
To those who waited, supported, or promoted us — we’re equally grateful and sincerely sorry.
This setback was unexpected, but your response reminded us why we’re building this. We’re moving forward with better partners, tighter quality control, and full transparency — because that’s what you deserve.
